They need patient prep: scraping, priming bare wood, and careful brushwork around woodwork that cannot be replaced. That kind of detail is what we like doing.
Newer homes on the south, east and west sides
Newer construction usually starts with a thin coat of builder grade flat paint that scuffs the first time a chair touches it. Repainting with a durable, washable finish, updating the trim color, painting the kitchen cabinets and staining a new privacy fence are the most common projects in these neighborhoods.
